If you cannot attend a rehearsal
If you cannot attend a rehearsal due to illness or emergency, please contact the Orchestra Assistant at the number listed and leave a message as soon as you know you cannot attend. If you do not call before the office closes on the day of rehearsal, the conductor will not get the message in time.
Please attend all rehearsals unless you are sick or have an emergency. Your orchestra depends on you to play your instrument at every rehearsal, so that the conductor can help all of the musicians play well together.
